What would make only the first profile field visible?

Scenario: I have created a somewhat intricate profile for potential members to update. It works perfectly until the “update profile” button is clicked and a user goes back to his profile page. On the profile page only the first profile field of three components displays.

Thanks in advance for your time and attention.

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch. This could possibly be a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Can you please switch to the default WP theme and see if it fixes the issue. If the issue still exists then disable all other plugins. If issue goes away after disabling other plugins then it will be a plugin conflict. If it is a plugin conflict you will need to activate each plugin one by one until you find the conflicting plugin.

I would suggest you join our community forum incase we need to get some login credentials to have a look at what is going on.

    Thanks

    Hello-

Thank you very much for your fast response. I now believe the problem is that the information entered by a user while on the “update profile” page is not being stored. I have switched to the 2015 default theme and disabled all other plugins.

After navigating away from the “update profile” page to the “profile” page, nothing is changed. And when a user returns to the “update profile” page, none of the previously submitted data or files is there.

Thank you in advance for your continued help and patience.

    Best.

Thank you. I have created a topic and will wait for you to reply so that i may reply privately? I have to be out of the office for a while, so I understand if this cannot get resolved today.

Thank you again for all of your help.
