Missing Publishing Options

Also, I was hoping you might be able to help me troubleshoot a problem. I was creating a new page and at one point I went to save my draft and the “save draft” button was not available. I have tried multiple browsers (Chrome and Safari), have cleared my cache, cookies, etc., restarted both the browsers and my computer, and the problem continues to exist. It is on every page I try to edit, and it is also occurring when I add a new page. The funny thing is, when I go in to the posts to edit or add one all is well. I have asked other people to check to see if it is universal to everyone or just me, and it is just me. I checked all my settings and nothing has changed that sticks out to me. I also tried to Google the issue and came up with nothing less than 3 years old. I’m running a Mac but I’m not sure how or why that would be a factor. I think I must have clicked on something and I screwed myself up.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to what it could be?
