I noticed that you are currently using QSM version 9.2.4, which is outdated. I recommend updating the QSM plugin to its latest version, 10.0.2, as it includes new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and hotfixes.
Once you have updated the plugin, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Quizzes section and select the quiz you are working on.
- Go to the Options tab > General settings.
- Locate the Limit Number of Questions setting and set the desired maximum question limit.
- Click Save Changes and try attempting the quiz again.
If you still experience the issue where fewer than 10 questions appear on the results page, please share the quiz URL with us so we can investigate further.

The problem is not that there are missing questions, after someone who answered 10 questions says finish the exam, the number of answered questions sometimes appears as 8, sometimes as 9, sometimes as 7, and sometimes as 10 questions answered.
