    This applies to miscellaneous pages.

I updated to 7.2.3 from 6.1.7. I had previously rolled back because the newer Site Reviews versions didn’t show the reviews for anything. Now I am just showing a few of the 83 reviews we have. I ran the migration tool and am not seeing any “update needed for WooCommerce” messages. I did a Hard Reset – no better. We just purchased the premium version and need this thing to work. Please help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Are you integrating Site Reviews with WooCommerce? If so, please go to the Site Reviews > Settings > Integrations > WooCommerce page and verify that the integration is still enabled after updating.

Some users reported that the integration got disabled after updating and they had to re-enable it.

I re-enabled integration with WooCommerce and got a critical error message, then the integration is disabled again. There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

@phoenval Do you know if you are using any custom code snippets to change the functionality of Site Reviews?

Since you have a premium license please log in to your Nifty Plugins account and use the support form there to get better assistance with this.

    • Please make sure to download and include your Site Reviews Console Log and System Info files when you fill out the support form. You can download these files on the “Site Reviews > Tools” page.
    • If you have access to your PHP Error log file on your server, please include that also.
