We’ve just tested this on our end and we are able to see and use all the available options in the “Ticket PDF Settings,” including the ticket background settings. Since we are unable to reproduce this issue on a clean installation, it is highly likely that there is a conflict with your current theme or another plugin installed on your site.
To identify the source of the conflict, please try the following:
- Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four).
- Deactivate your other plugins one by one to see if the missing settings reappear.
