Missing Shipping functionality

    Hi,

    A site of ours is missing the shipping functionality. The Shipping tab is there under Settings. However, no matter what we do (set up shipping zone, etc.), nothing shows up on the Cart or Checkout. It’s also missing the Shipping tab (where you can enter weight and dimensions) on the Product page.

    We have tried switching the theme to Twenty Sixteen and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and it still didn’t work.
