Our plugin works independent of WooCommerce Shipping zones. You need not have to configure the FedEx shipping services under Shipping Zones.
You just have to enable the “Realtime rates” and the shipping services on your plugin settings Page.
Please do configure these in your plugin settings and check with it.
There should not be any problem.

I have configured everything and get this message. “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

“No shipping methods” message usually occurs :
-When the product weights & dimensions are missing
-Invalid/Incorrect credentials
-Incorrect shipper/destination address
Can you please ensure all the above setting up are configured correctly and then try again?
