Missing Shipping Methods – Free Version

Hello,

I’ve got the same issue in free-version. I have weight in Woocommerce setting in g, because my products are really small and I want to show exactly these weights in product description. Few months ago plugin shows all shipping methods. If I would change weight in woocommerce settings on kg everything working perfectly.

Maybe You can add to Your plugin new options with g/cm?

Could you please turn on the Debug Mode in the UPS Settings: http://wpdesk.me/mp/888uw.png and check what information will you receive in the checkout after adding this product to cart?

The screenshot of this message from the Debug Mode and information about the product weight will be helpful for us.

Sure it is 1.01g

@jankyz I am afraid that this weight is too small. I checked this on UPS Calculator.
1.01 g is 0.00101 kg, and I receive information that this weight is not valid so it means that it’s not supported by UPS: http://wpdesk.me/mp/wqn8m.png

The rates did not show until I typed 0,1 kg, so I think this is the minimum of weight. Please see: http://wpdesk.me/mp/u569p.png

You can also check this by logging to your account on UPS.com: Shipping –> Calculate Time & Cost.

@jankyz,

for now, please change the product weight to 100 g. We will try to support this situation when the product has less than 0.1 kg in the next version of our plugin. I will let you know when we provide this.

@martapaw,

this is solution for display shipping methods, but not for correct theme working, because I display weight to my customers in front. So now any product will have the same weight and moreover the weight will be not correct.

So this solution is useless form me. 🙁 Any way Thank You for Your time.
