Missing Shipping Methods

    When using the free version I am able to offer “#12 3 Day Select” && “#02 2nd day air”
    after purchasing the paid version these shipping methods no long show to users, just the message; “No Shipping Options were found for XXX”.

    Disabling the Paid pro version and re-enabling the free version these option are visible again.
    This is the only Shipping option that I have enabled. Also I have enabled Debug but nothing is showing for “Click to Copy to Clipboard” [This works in the free version]

    Hello,

    I’ve got the same issue in free-version. I have weight in Woocommerce setting in g, because my products are really small and I want to show exactly these weights in product description. Few months ago plugin shows all shipping methods. If I would change weight in woocommerce settings on kg everything working perfectly.

    Maybe You can add to Your plugin new options with g/cm?

    Hello @jankyz,

    Changing the weight units shouldn’t affect the shipping methods since our Flexible Shipping plugin hooks into WooCommerce and recognize automatically which weight units are used.

    The only one thing that comes to my mind is that in your case you have defined the shipping cost rules and weight ranges for kgs instead of gs, e.g. 0 – 1 – $10 instead of 0 – 1000 – $10, that’s why the shipping is calculated properly only the weight unit is switched to kg.
