Missing shipping zones

We’re missing Alaska and Hawaii shipping options in our store. When set up the shipping zones, there isn’t Alaska or Hawaii, not need to mention they’re missing when customer checking out.
If you go to our checkout page, https://tacobearings.com/index.php/cart/
Below is also a screenshot of our shipping zone settings.
I would greatly appreciate a fix or resolution to the issue of having no shipping option for Alaska and Hawaii. We would like to be able to ship to all 50 US states instead of continental 48.

Thanks for sending the system report.

As a general recommendation, you will want to update the version of WordPress on your site:

WP Version: ❌ 5.9.5 – There is a newer version of WordPress available (6.1.1)

I was checking on my testing site, and Alaska and Hawaii are available as options in the checkout page. Please update the WordPress version first (Make sure to back-up the site, this is always important).

I checked your site, added some products to my cart, and verified that Alaska is not listed under State as seen below:

Going back to your SSR, the only thing I noticed was your Outdated Templates: ❌.

Please update outdated templates on your site by following our guide here: Fixing Outdated WooCommerce Templates.

Then, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Thank you for your reply, we can confirm problems are gone once when switch to default theme. Now the issue is our theme Avada. Any idea how to fix it?

I understand that the issue is with your theme, Avada.

Have you tried updating outdated templates on your site by following our guide here: Fixing Outdated WooCommerce Templates?

If this did not resolve the issue and since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy here), it would be best reaching out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.
