I see the gap in your stats recently, but it looks like your site is connected to Jetpack properly now. Note the Everything looks great! message in the Jetpack connection debugger for your site:

It may have been a temporary disconnection from Jetpack that caused this, as Jetpack has to be properly connected in order to aggregate stats data. You might consider reaching out to your web host and have them whitelist our IP ranges. If you’ve installed any security services or plugins, you may need to whitelist the ranges there too. You can find the full list of our IPs here:

I took some days to reply, because I’ve opened an other ticket on the Theme assistance.
Finally I’ve found the problem that is in “Themify Ultra” template, in the last update something doesn’t work in communication with Jetpack Stats.
