Missing string to translate

Hi, When i add a new language, Loco finds all strings to translate (it is very cool)! But, when i add a new string to translate in a template file, Loco does not find it when i press sync button. Sorry to ask, it must be simple, but i spent hours searching… i miss something. Thank you
