missing theme css after logout

    I have a problem, wp loads the css only if I am logged in to the site, what could be the cause?

    There is absolutely no CSS file loading from your theme, it’s not even referenced in the page source.

    Are you using a cache plugin? If so, find its instructions for a complete uninstall (it’s always more complicated than just deleting the plugin) and see if there’s any improvement after that.
