missing theme function.php code even reinstalled causing White Screen of death

My Website crashed due to a white screen of death after I have searched in google for the same issue I found that need to check plugins and themes, then I found there is an issue with the theme . with the following error.

Then removed the same theme and reinstalled it so problem solved, the website got back.

But that same problem arrived with the same error on next day, again I reinstalled it but the problem is not solved. white screen arose with the same error and missing function.php codes inside.
