Hi, in the tickets table I’m not able to see the ticket titles anymore. See: http://brkts.com/yV5eYj

The only way to access the ticket is via the link in the email.

Hi @kubitomakita,

Try to switch the theme to a basic WP 2015/16/17 theme.Also, disable all other plugins other than Awesome Support and activate one by one to see if there might be a conflict issue. The following link is a list of incompatible plugins and themes:

If the problem continues you can turn on the debug mode to see if an error is generated.
