    Hi there,

The string “Always Active” doesn’t show up. Everything else we were able to translate.

We have Polylang Pro and a Complianz license.

Posting here since the person who purchased our license is unavailable right now.

    Thanks,

    Jon

    Hi @jonjpmf,

The “Always active” text is included in the localization files of the plugin itself, so this specific text won’t appear under String Translation in plugins like PolyLang, if this is how you’re trying to translate it.

You can use a plugin like Loco Translate to edit those texts.

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Thanks for the reply Jarno!

Could you help me understand where that localization file is to translate it? All the other strings showed up in Polylang.

    Hi @jonjpmf,

Texts with customizable input will appear under String Translation in PolyLang, but this is not the case for the “Always active” text, so it’d have to be translated using a plugin such as Loco Translate; which allows you to edit the plugin’s language files.

    Kind regards, Jarno
