On certain pages where the titles have an apostrophe or period due to an initial in a name the get_title does not display the title in the PDF. Can you shed some light on why this is happening and how I can resolve this?

I’ve sent you about 5-10 emails over the course of the past 2 months with no response back. These emails contain the urls.
