Missing toolbar wordpress – Problema barra menù

Hi i have this problem, i don’t show the toolbar wordpress

I I have tried:
– Install wordpress
– Delete files and load.
– New installation and then I changed the database.
– Set original theme
– Deactivate all plugin

Install tinymce-advanced

Io ho molti siti in wordpress, ma è la prima volta che ho un problema simile.
Ho cercato su internet tutte le possibile soluzioni e dicono quasi sempre le stesse cose.

Ho provato a fare tutto quello che si dice. Ma il problema persiste.
