If I’m understanding correctly you’re suggesting an improvement in the representation of singular and plural number.
If you’d like this integrated into WooCommerce default features, please submit this as a request on our Ideas Board and add your vote to it. The more popular an idea becomes, the more of a priority it is for our developers to review it. You can find the Ideas Board at http://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce.
Really what I want to say is that you have not put it, that translation is not in your .pot, and it should be there because otherwise its translation is not possible ;).
That really depends on the language. For instance, I’ve switched from English to Spanish and the phrases were translated correctly as you can see here:
The translation is managed by teams over at translate.ww.wp.xz.cn. Stable versions and development versions of WooCommerce are translated and anyone can contribute. If you want to know more and help translate WooCommerce into your language take a look at this page: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/.
Thanks.
