Missing translations

    Hello,
    have just installed this plugin for a friend and 100% translated into German. After I had uploaded the language file, I unfortunately had to realize that still some is not displayed in German. Some places are missing in the .pot and others are simply not recognized. Same with Custom Status Addon. Can you possibly fix that? My friend did not want the plugin but I would like to use it. Thank you

    Hi Eclipse16V,

    When an admin switches the language in WordPress, Awesome Support will generally automatically switch to the same language. However, for some languages not all terms may be translated. For these terms, you can add your own translations.

    Hello,
    No, that’s not what I mean. I mean tough
    /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ticket
    At the top of this page is “Reset filter”. But I do not do that in the .po file. Also I can not translate it.
    Other example:
    /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ticket&page=wpas-settings
    At the top of the menu is “Custom Status” as a tab. This is what I translated in the .po, but we do not give it in German. The same with the Custom Status Addon and its .po file.
    I can not stand it
