Missing Value -Shipping

    I have the product feed set up for Google Merchant Center, and have managed to clear most of the errors that kept showing in diagnostics, but one remains – Missing value [shipping]

    I started out with g:shipping value as shipping, but that didn’t work, so now have it as shipping cost, but that is throwing up the same error in Merchant Center.

    My products have several variables and shipping varies for each one. Some are instant downloads, so no shipping cost, and the others have variable shipping depending on the product and number of items.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin or reaching out to us.

    When you are using the normal WooCommerce shipping features you should be able to just add the shipping costs to your feed by using this field mapping: https://adtribes.io/wp-content/uploads/shipping-768×68.png

    • Bear in mind that the above will only work when you have created shipping zones/methods for the exact same country you selected for creating your feed. So when you for example created shipping zones for “Europe” and created a feed for “France” it won’t work.
    • Also, when you are using 3th party shipping plugins that add on top of the normal WooCommerce shipping cost feature changes are that it won’t work as our plugin is not compatible with it. Are you using such a shipping plugin?

    I think the shipping zones may be the problem, or at least part of it, so will look at those.
    The link you posted goes to a 404 page, do you have the correct link please?
