    Hey,

I don’t get it to work.

I tried so pretty much every value for shipping as well as added shipping price and country as sub-attribute but Google Merchant Center still comes up with the same error for days.

I am offering free shipping on my WooCommerce Store and these are my shipping attributes:

and here is the error I get in Google:

I hope you know a fix. I went through all posts and couldn’t find a solution.

    Cheers

    Chris

    Hello @chrismccarston,

Can you send me the link to the feed so I can check what’s in the feed?

    Chris,

The shipping items in the feed seem OK to me. If you compare it with the Shipping specifications (https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324484?hl=en&ref_topic=6324338) the only thing that could possibly be off is that you’re missing the currency in the shipping-price.

So you might try to enter a combined field for the shipping-price and add the WooCommerce Currency to the 0.

    Hey Michael,

thanks for getting back to me.

Not quite sure what you mean. I added WooCommerce Currency as shipping-price but Google Merchant Center will get back to me with error: Invalid price in attribute: shipping.price

Could you explain step by step what to do or just send a screenshot of the setting you mean?

    Much appreciated.

Adding the WooCommerce Currency was what I meant so that was OK.

But I now see that in the feed the shipping-price only shows the currency and not the price. So that is not correct. It should have the price AND the currency.

Let’s do it another way; please select the “Fill with a static source” option again and fill in “0 USD”. Then check if Google accepts that and let me know.

    Hey Michel,

I followed your suggestions but it did not make any difference. Please check the screenshots for the settings I tried:

In both situations Google still comes up with the same error:

The second setting is what I meant. As far as I know that should work.

Could you send me a screenshot of the pull-down item (to the left of the error line) of both Google errors? I expect you can find a bit more information about the error there.

I assume you did resent the new xml feeds to Google?

    Hey Michael,

sry for my late response, but I played a bit with the settings, removed the feed from Google Merchant Center completely and upload it again and all of the sudden the status jumped to pending.

Now after two days all products have been approved with the following settings. So you were right:
