Missing variations in cart

I have 2 variations for my products – size and color. If I activate this plugin, the color variation disappears from the cart both from the original language and the translated language. It shows on the product page and all works fine, but if I add a product to the cart then in cart it only displays the selected size variation and the selected color variation is missing.
