Missing ViewContent Value Parameter

    We’ve recently started using PixelYourSite to connect the website to our Facebook Pixel.

    Coincidentally, we received a notification from Facebook saying that “One or more of your ViewContent events is missing a value parameter. This may affect your ability to see return on ad spend calculations.”

    Any insights on how this issue could be resolved would be gratefully appreciated!

    Hi,

    We actually have this video about events values. Among other things, it shows how you can turn value ON for most WooCommerce events: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KS7Av2vDu4o

    And another video explaining when and why you might need value for events other than Purchase: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=neH2Hc6xXUU

    In essence, you can open our WooCommerce tab, click on “Track product pages”, turn on Value, and save.

    Not having value for this event is not usually a problem. However, if you use it for value-based Lookalikes, or for ads optimisation, you should enable value.
