Missing Visual Editor

Hello-
Some time after I installed 3.7.1, my Visual Editor disappeared. I can only view the Text Editor – which for a rookie is difficult to work with.

Could someone please help me figure out how to fix this?

I’ve done the following:
-reinstalled several times
-cleared cache
-installed Use Google Libraries
-changed code in various php files
-Unchecked “Disable Visual Editor”
