The things you have posted in your question are only available in the premium version of our theme which you can find here: http://www.mhthemes.com/themes/mh/magazine/
The premium version is fully responsive and has up to 12 widget locations on the homepage template and also more additional custom widgets like e.g. MH Slider (full version), MH Custom Posts (full version), MH Carousel, MH Spotlight, MH News in Pictures and more…
