• Good day,

I was running some reports on woocommerce through the woocommerce reports for orders and noticed that some months have missing information. So far, I have been able to identify 3 months with completely missing order information. There were sales on these months but I cannot seem to find them at all. The previous and following months have orders as well and these show up just fine but not for the months I am looking for.

I have manually looked through the orders to see if they were trashed or had some other sort of order status but found nothing about orders in those months.

How do I go about resolving this please? And what can I do?

I need help with this ASAP as the information is needed for some reports.
    Kind regards

  • Typically issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. How we usually address this type of issue is to have you temporarily switch back to a default WordPress theme such as WordPress Twenty Twenty Theme (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/twentytwenty/) or Storefront (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/storefront/) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable features one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
