Missing WooCommerce template version header in form-checkout.php

Hi,

I’m using your plugin on a site running WooCommerce 10.8.x and I’m getting the following warning in the WooCommerce status page under “Outdated Templates”:

wp-content/plugins/wp-multi-step-checkout/includes/form-checkout.php
Version header is missing. Core version is 9.4.0.

WooCommerce seems to detect template overrides by looking for a @version tag in the file’s docblock header. Your form-checkout.php file is missing this tag, which triggers the warning even though the file may otherwise be up to date.

Could you please apply this fix in a upcoming release?
This would make WooCommerce happy and remove the warning for all users of your plugin.
