Missplaced post

Hi there!
I have been having a problem with this theme. Whenever I post on my blog, new post automatically lines up under one another in About (which I later deleted), or this last time FEATURE ARTICLE (as it is now). What I thought was that old post will move to archives while new post will go into the various links i.e. Feature article, Health quotes, Health tips, Healthy cooking etc. Is there any way I can correct or avoid this in the future or is it permanent.
