Mixed Content

Hi there,

I like your plugin but have an issue with SSL certificate now. In Chrome SSL padlock is not showing and I installed Chrome extension which helps to find mixed content on my page.

It found : http://www.edigernails.com/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/assets/img/default_avatar.jpg

Everythere on my site https forced and works properly. How can I adjust http to https for this image?
