Providing that your SSL certificate was successful, I did this once a long time ago and used the plugin method Really Simple SSL, but I had better success with Method 2 on the WPBeginner website.
As a general rule before doing anything, I always “recommend” making a site backup before doing anything.
They also have an article about fixing Mixed Content Errors…this might be what you are needing.
@roughpixels i tried doing the same but still facing the same issue.
I also tried to use the better search replace plugin which changes the content from database to https, still facing the same issues
What is it wanting you to change in the wp-config.php file?
Also, do you have access to the admin area?
The other question I have…is it possible the SSL certificate was not set up correctly if anything might have been missed? Was this SSL done through your host provider on behalf of cloudflare? I’m thinking maybe disable the SSL certificate and then try once again. Sometimes when something goes wonky on me, I will often reverse what was done and try again.
It’s possible that the site is still serving a cached stylesheet, that would explain why the site still uses an http:// link after doing a search and replace on the database. Can you try to clear all caches the site uses to see if that resolves the issue?
