Sure
I like to define Master Affiliates and let them invite sub-affiliates, each sub affiliate that will come from their invitation will be under the master affiliate, and the master affiliate will get a commission for every purchase that comes from the sub-affiliate).
In that way I will be able to grow my affiliates and let master affiliate mange new affiliate.
There are plugins that do this, search for multi-level affiliate.
