    Hi, I have a suggestion:
    In mobile view, it would be better to show only the chat icon and remove the text “How can I help you?”.

    Hi mate,

    Just to let you know, what you’re trying to achieve can be done from the “Button” tab in our plugin settings. From there, you can customize both the design and the layout of the button.

    At the moment, there isn’t a native option to hide the “How can I help you?” text only on mobile view while keeping it visible on desktop. If you want to achieve that behavior, it would need to be done using custom CSS. We’ve taken note of your feature request and have forwarded it to our development team for evaluation in future updates.
