Mobile

Hi There

I have the Penscratch theme for my website http://www.contemporaryhealthcare.co.uk and am having trouble getting it to work on mobiles. I have been trying to follow the below instructions. However, once logged in to Wp-admin I find no option in ‘appearance’ for ‘mobile’ to switch the radio button on and save the new setting. I don’t have this problem with any of my other sites.

“…. you can enable an option that will show a mobile-friendly, responsive theme to your mobile visitors only. Go to My Site(s) → WP Admin → Appearance → Mobile in your dashboard. Click on the Yes radio button to enable a mobile-friendly theme, and click on the Update button. You’re set.”

Can anyone help me please?
