    Hello dear users!

    I am under high impression of this plugin and I am trying it out for a few past days on my WP test environment. Eveything works fine, besides mobile app. I am curious wether any of you have same problems? Internet plugin works fine and I am on my certain way to buy pro version, but unfortunately I also need good mobile access for it. I cant upload files, cant add new projects or tasks from “plus menu” and logging page seems to be oversized and sometimes it tells me that I dont have Zephyr plugin installed on my site, when i try to log in. Overall mobile app experience is a bit bad. My question is (plz dont bash me, im kinda new in WP): are those problems regarding the type of environment I use? Or maybe it is about smartphone I use? I am using s22 ultra a tried it also on s24 ultra.

    Thanks so much for getting in touch and sorry to hear that you are not having a good experience with the mobile app.

    I would definitely like to fix this to improve it, but I can’t seem to replicate this on my side.

    In order to debug further and find the root cause to fix this, could I ask what happens when you try to create a task or project? Does the popup open, or is the issue after clicking create? Do the tasks/projects get created in WordPress, but not on the mobile app, or does it not create them on either one?

    Really looking forward to your response and getting this fixed.

    Thank you so much for quick response Dylan, I will try answer your questions as best as I can.
    Most of the problems come from mobile app. I can provide few screens on which the problems are visible. I am logged on zephyr admin account, I believe I have given all necessary access to the app. Despite it seems like it is not loading everything it has to. I also want to add that I dont have any problems using the app on desktop.

    Hi Kamil,

    Thanks for the screenshots and information.

    This definitely seems like it is not connecting to the site correctly, which would explain the issues with the options not showing due to the permissions etc.

    Do any of the tasks/projects that were created in the plugin from the website, show in the app at all?

    Could I ask if you could perhaps send me an email to [email protected], as I’ll be able to assist you more effectively that way to help get this resolved as soon as possible.

    Hello Dylan, your plugin seems to be the solution for our Projects, but i also experience the same problems with the mobile app. Have you been able to solve the problem?
