    Hi, if your plugin is active I can’t substitute an image for a post from a mobile device.
    I await support.

    Thanks for your question. Since the behavior sometimes depends on your mobile device, browser and browser version, please send us the following information:

    • Smartphone model
    • Browser
    • Browser version (app version)
    • Screencast of the bug that you have found

    I would strongly recommend that you submit the information in a support ticket that is not public, as the screencast may contain sensitive information.
