    Hi there.

Just realised the color scheme on the mobile experience isn’t what i was hoping for. Anyway I can change it (I do have Maker Pro).

The portfolio set up as homepage also doesn’t showcase my 3 projects on mobile. Is the portfolio experience not compatible with the mobile experience (not full website).

    Thanks!

Hello, could you please expand on what you mean by “color scheme on mobile experience”, and provide a link to your website, so I can take a look?

What goes about portfolio columns – on mobile screens, three-column layout converts to one-column for better browsing experience. Otherwise, project captions would take too much space.

    Hi!

So – when I visit my website on mobile, the dropdown MENU at the top of the page is the electric blue for the MAKER theme. I would like to change that one of my website led color.

Also – I did my first post on the blog page today and realised the picture doesn’t show up on mobile as well. It only does appear on my mobile if I visit the full version of my website.

    My website: smajorphotography.com

Last question – any chance you could let me know how to add a caption to the featured picture of a blog post? I would like the caption to appear at all time under the picture.

Thanks a bunch for your help!

Okay, I think I know what you mean now. This is a Jetpack feature that is called Mobile Theme. You need to disable it under Jetpack -> Settings (https://monosnap.com/file/rJMncGQdSOVq3nPW6Yw7gs2ijOSJhI)

When enabled it fully replaces the theme you are using (in your case Maker) with a standard theme that has an “electric blue” menu at the top.

What goes for your question about captions, unfortunately, this feature is not available out-of-the-box but if you are comfortable with PHP/CSS you can add this feature through a custom-built child theme.

    Thanks!
