    The plugin works on desktops and mobiles. What happens on your website is that you have an active plugin for caching and optimizing the website that loads a cached version of the webpage when you are unlogged.

    Please, try calling the URL with a nocache parameter:

    I recommend you to check the settings of the plugin for caching the website.
