• I’m having issues with Map displaying when Map page first populates on the browser (using Desktop/Laptop), and requires refresh of page to show map content.

On mobile devices (iOS and Android phones) I am not able to have the Map display within the display box. Is there something that needs to be added to CSS or enabled in API settings, that I’m not doing?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

There might be a problem with your API requests. It’s possible that you’ve exceeded the number of requests allowed per day or per hour. We recommend checking your API usage limits to ensure that you’re not running into restrictions.

Let me know how it goes!

    Best regards.

Isn’t usage limits because Map never presented itself on the mobile device and it hasn’t been accessed enough to cause any limitation restrictions. What should I check to make sure the Google Console API settings and Plugin are configured properly for mobile device viewports?

At the moment, the map on your site consistently is not available due to API limit, so from our end, I’m afraid we can’t check anything or verify further.
