    Hi there,
    first of all thanks for your amazing plugin.
    We’re using this plugin on our website and we’ve noticed that on the mobile version (responsive) we get an extra footer button “Personalizza scelta cookie” (personalize cookies) which doesn’t work and the button we’ve place to personalize cookies just on top of it doesn’t work either.
    The fun fact is that it works on desktop and even in the mobile version on chrome and firefox dev kit (chosing mobile view). But on phones and tablet both of the buttons don’t work and only on mobile devices we get that extra button.
    We’ve seen the same problem on other of our websites using different themes.

    Hi @boeris,

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

    We noticed on the footer you used a button to manage consent. You can use the shortcode [cookie_settings] instead so that a personalize cookies button will appear.This will only shows the popup and not the consent bar.

    Hi there,
    thanks for your answer.
    We’ve used the new shortcode and it looks it works.
    By the way we used the shortcode [wt_cli_manage_consent] which shows the button you mentioned and does the error we described.
    Why is this?
