Mobile Formatting

On desktop, slider navigation arrows do not appear to left and right of slider.
On iphone, slider navigation arrows do appear to left and right of slider.
Because cannot see arrows on desktop, cannot use inspect element to edit css to move navigation arrows below slider.
Appreciate any suggestions on moving arrows below slider.
