    Hi, I have a suggestion. would it be possible to change the input type on the email & phone fields to make it easier to use on a smartphone or tablet?
    eg instead of type=”text”, using type=”email” & type=”tel” will bring up the relevant keyboard on touchscreen devices, making it much easier to enter an email or phone number
