    We have just had an auction with your plugin and some users said they could not place a bid by mobile. Maybe this is an improvement.

    Hi @katfrajoe ,

    Apologies for inconvenience.

    Could you please share following:

    1. Web url of the auction product. We will check it too.
    2. Do you know in which mobile and which browser are they facing the issue?
    3. Have you installed any cache plugin on your website? Could you please disable and check this and let us know.
