Mobile Friendly Ads (not using Adsense)

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to make ads mobile friendly (as they are set on full width, I know) and it makes it look horrible on mobile.

I do not use Adsense. These are in-house or self-managed ads so I’m wondering what I need to add to my code for mobile friendliness.
