Mobile Image Scroll through Iphone Frame

I am using Elementor Pro. I have an iphone frame on the top section and an image of a mobile website in the section underneath. You will see from the website that when you scroll up the image can still be seen at the bottom of the frame. Is there any way you can hide this without hiding the entire image? The only way I have found in Elementor is to place the image in the background of the iphone frame image but then the effect is not what I want as you are no longer getting the scroll effect and instead a fixed image that moves in the frame. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
