Is there a way to get the recipe to be able to be viewed on mobile? I don’t expect it to be printed, but right now, on mobile, visitors just see: [mpprecipe-recipe:2] and are unable to see the recipe at all. But I don’t want to show it twice, just for mobile sake.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

    Hello,

    Thank-you for installing our plugin.

The mobile display issue is super simple to fix: the plugin isn’t active on mobile as new plugins aren’t automatically set live on mobile (this is for security and speed of the site). Your developer or yourself must set it live and everything will work great.

Please let us know if you’re able to do this.

    Thanks,
    Commodore

Yes please let me know how to set this. I have looked at the MealPlannerPro Recipe Plugin Settings, and don’t see anything. Thanks so much!

This is found in your mobile setting in WordPress admin. Are you using a mobile theme plugin? If so, it should have this in their settings as well.

I’m talking to the dev team about this today and we’ll provide instructions. We want to understand all the different mobile applications that need to be considered.

    Thanks for your patience.

Thanks for writing back. I don’t see any settings for mobile specifically. I am not using a mobile theme plugin. Could we speak more specifically over email to address my particular issue?

    Thanks again!
