Mobile issues

When trying to get the effect on a mobile device the logical functionality would be to tap to get info. This is not working for touch screen devices. Another issue is that if you do not have a link, it still adds the “a href” tag. When a user clicks on this it brings you to the top of the page. The logical thing here is to remove the “a href” tag if there is no URL added as a link.
