Hi! I’m using Astra, and had installed the OneSignal plugin. It looks like it broke the formatting on mobile for my site, so I deactivated and deleted the plugin, but things still aren’t looking right on mobile. Things that should be stacking on mobile no longer stack (ex: the part where it says “difficulty level,” “materials,” and “glossary”), images aren’t showing up the way they should (the first 4 images on this post were originally displayed as a 2×2 grid), and even the buttons shown on my home page don’t look right (rectangular when they should be rounded). I’m extremely new to all this, I’m not sure where to dig around to fix the mobile formatting again? I worked on this site for 2 months to painstakingly move everything over from my old blog, so it’s frustrating to see all that work end up looking like this! Any help is greatly appreciated!

Update: I’ve fixed the problem with the buttons, but the other issues are still ongoing. There should also be separators on my homepage, but those are also absent on mobile. Everything looks fine when I’m logged in, don’t know what’s going on

    Hi @geekyhooker,

Everything looks fine when I’m logged in, don’t know what’s going on

For such a case, cache is usually involved. If you have cache plugin, try to clear it and check on an incognito/private window browser. If your hosting has cache built-in feature, clear it up too.

See if it does the trick.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊

Hi there! Thanks for looking into it, I worked out where the problem was so it’s all good now! 🙂

    Hi @geekyhooker,

    Very pleased to know that!

What caused the issue, and how did you solve it? If you don’t mind sharing, it could be useful for other users who struggle on the same thing.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊

It was my Siteground speed optimizer plugin! The “combine CSS files” option broke my theme, but I unchecked it and it’s good to go now

    Thanks for sharing! 🫡

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊
