That’s a somewhat complicated question because Gift Wrapper just uses WooCommerce hooks (before cart, after cart, before checkout, etc). Anything attached to those hooks, whether it be from Gift Wrapper or another plugin, will display that way in your theme because that is just where the WooCommerce hooks are. I don’t have any control over that any more than I have control over your theme or WooCommerce.
First I’d try another theme and see if you encounter the same phenomenon. Then, if you do still see the same problem with another theme, I’d look into hiring a developer to conditionally move hook placement depending on screen size, or to write some fancy JS/CSS to re-order the DOM based on screen size.

@woodypad Sorry I don’t have a solution for you other than what I wrote above. Did you try another theme briefly to confirm what I was saying, that your WordPress theme is causing what you are seeing, and you will need to work with your theme developer for a solution?
