Mobile Logo resizing causing CLS

Hi,
I’m using Astra pro but am hoping the hive mind can help out here.
I want a 150px logo for the mobile version of my site, and a 400px logo for other versions.
I’ve uploaded two separate logo images, one at 400px and one at 150px.
I’ve assigned them to their spots in the Customizer, and to be sure I have set the width settings there too.
Desktop is fine.
On mobile, the logo is huge when the page first loads, and then resizes. This causes a layout shift that is very ugly.
Is there any way to load the correct size on mobile initially?
Failing that, is it possible to have a logo image for desktop and no Site Identity text, but no logo at all on mobile but instead show the site identity text?
